I would like the first release to be ‘A Muppet Family Christmas’. How do I buy the rights to do this?
Also, how much will it cost? Hundreds, thousands, hundreds of thousands or millions?

Disney owns the Muppet, but Sesame Workshop (formerly the Children’s Television Workshop) owns of the Sesame Street characters. ‘A Muppet Family Christmas’, has Muppet characters and Sesame Street characters in it, so who owns the rights to the TV special?
Last year I started looking for a DVD of this movie and was surprised to find it wasn’t readily available. Not even Best Buy, Sam Goody’s, or Blockbuster carried it. The only available copies were from Amazon for like , and the only ones on eBay either looked like bootlegs or were also expensive. Is there any place I can get this movie at a reasonable price? I tried recording it from Starz, but apparently DirectTV sends out this BS copyright protection signal that interferes with my recorder. I would really like to be able to sit down some night during the holidays and watch this classic movie with my girlfriend, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Yet another reason I hate the Disney corporation. Unfortunately I’ve had no luck with any local video stores. The best I found was a beat up VHS copy, and the store wouldn’t sell it. Our only Gamestop is a very small one, and they don’t have it. I’ve tried every major retailer and apparently there isn’t a new version available. Thanks anyway. The annual Christmas is coming. How does every person celebrate their Christmas? In fact, everyone has their own favorite ways. Some people like participating in Christmas party. Jennifer decides not to go out after knowing that the relationship between her and her boyfriend makes problems to their careers. So she will return to Boston and stay with her mother.
Another considerate female star even buys a beautiful Christmas tree to the parents of her boyfriend. Then she will go to his place to celebrate Christmas. Another male star is a muscular man looking very strong.In fact, he is obedient to his parents. His parents living in New York commanded that he should celebrate Christmas at home. So he has no choice but to return home. Elijah Jordan Wood is always busy with publicizing his latest movie and he feels very tired. Then he wants to return home to have a good holiday with his wife and children.
The other kinds of stars like sending Christmas gifts to families and friends. Before Christmas, there are many stores that sell their commodities at a low price. Jennifer and Angelina are both mad to buy gifts. Jennifer spends 3000 US dollars on ten bags which are sent to her old friends. Kate Moss also wants to send gifts to her staff in Top Shop. Another woman will send gifts to many orphans.
Although these stars have different ways of celebrating Christmas, all of them can enjoy a nice holiday.

Ok, so I brought a new DVD player for the whole family for Christmas (our old one, we lost the wires to when we moved and haven’t had it hooked up in over a year). I was thinking of wrapping up a Christmas themed dvd with it to watch together tonight after the gifts are opened.
We are all adults, no children. My sister and I are 26 and 18, but we want something we can all enjoy.
Suggestions? I have about an hour before my mom comes over and we start opening the gifts.
also anybody know any place that’s still open???? I called blockbuster they closed at 9, and the Pathmark by me (which is usually opened 24 hrs.) actually rents dvd’s, but i just called and no answer. It’s 9:11 on Christmas Eve, lol…. So idk if I even can still get anything….
